Meet my cute little Leadbeater’s possum! I painted him peeking out from his cozy tree hollow in the dark forest, with giant, shiny eyes searching for friendly forest friends. He looks so gentle surrounded by bright yellow wattles and soft leaves. Did you know these tiny 'fairy possums' are critically endangered because they are losing their forest homes? I painted his big eyes to look right into yours, hoping that everyone who sees him will fall in love with him and help protect his forest home before these sweet creatures vanish forever!
