for the Kroombit Treefrog

Critically Endangered

When I first saw a photo of the Kroombit tree frog, its big, bright eyes made me stop. I thought its eyes were like shiny gems. But this cute little frog’s home is fading away, and there are very few left in the world. I painted it standing on a branch, and it seems to say, "I see you. Please see me! Please don't let me disappear." I painted lots of green leaves around it. I hope it will always have leaves to hide in and branches to sit on. I hope more people get to know it, so we can protect it and its forest together.
